DESCRIPTIONS:

The tissue folding machine is used for shearing jumbo roll into the width as desired by the rolling

cutters and then interfolded into rectangular or square facial tissue or hand towel.

MAIN FEATURES:

Folding Machine

1. Complete in specifications. The cutting size contains the length of 170/180/190/200/210mm (cross cutting) and the width within 100-210mm (vertical cutting).
2. Full auto control: PLC programming control, frequency conversion speed adjustment, multi-pictures touch screen operation system, real-time monitoring and parameters change.
3. Professional cantilever control panel with intuitive interface for easy operation.
4. New transverse cutter type: the upper knife is pneumatically separated integral fixed knife and the lower knife is integral rotary knife. Easy for guiding paper, avoiding blade damage by blocking, easy for adjusting, ensuring cutting without connections.
5. Longitudinal cutting knife and edge embossing device are dovetail clamping type, fixed front and back separately with independent pneumatic control, easy for adjusting. Alloy slitting blades and bearing steel pressing rollers are durable in use.
6. Movable rubber arc spreading rollers prevent paper corrugation and fully prevent paper dust accumulation from polluting finished product.
7. The overall units driven by timing belt and flat belt, with tapered pulley type tension adjustment for high drive accuracy and free of maintenance.
8. Wallboard type machine frame and integral steel base plate with firm structure to ensure stability of high speed machine running.

Embossing Mechanism

1. Two pairs of horizontal upper and lower big diameter embossing rollers ensure embossing effects.
2. Helical gears are synchronously positioning for high drive accuracy, low noise and easy adjustment.
3. Driven by timing belt, low noise and free of maintenance.
4. Push-pull clutch is used for easily disengaging transmission when no use of embossing mechanism, preventing embossing roller idling from wearing itself.
5. Independent pneumatic pressurizing for ease of paper guiding and effectively buffering mechanical damage against paper winding by embossing roller.
6. Movable rubber arc spreading roller prevents paper corrugation and completely prevents accumulated paper dust dropping from sticking the roller.
7. Wallboard type machine frame with firm structure to ensure stability of high speed machine running.

Unwinding Mechanism

1. Pneumatic constant pressure unwinding belts automatically get adaptable to jumbo roll diameter.
2. Movable unwinding taper sleeve for flexible turning.
3. Pneumatic left/right synchronous paper loading units greatly reduce labor intensity.
4. Driven by timing belt and flat belt, cone pulley type tension adjustment for high drive accuracy and free of maintenance.
